2. Description of Service

3. Early Access Program
During the early access period, the service is provided at no cost to accepted participants. LegiStream reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features during this period. Early access participants will receive advance notice of any material changes.
4. Fair Use Policy
Content generated by LegiStream—including AI-produced summaries, change analyses, and compliance assessments—is provided for the use of registered users and may be shared within their organisation.
You must not:
- Share, redistribute, or sell LegiStream-generated content to third parties outside your organisation.
- Republish or commercially exploit the content in any form without prior written consent from LegiStream.
5. Not Legal Advice
LegiStream uses artificial intelligence to provide summarisation, impact analysis, and prediction of regulatory relevance. This output does not constitute legal advice.
It is your responsibility to independently validate all AI-generated content and to seek qualified legal opinion before relying on any assessment for compliance or business decisions.
LegiStream accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Attempt to hack, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the LegiStream platform or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software or its underlying algorithms.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or similar) to extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or impose an unreasonable load on its infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
7. API Access

8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the LegiStream platform, including its software, design, branding, and AI models, are owned by Fentropy Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.
Legislative source material is drawn from publicly available government databases and remains in the public domain. LegiStream's value-added analysis, summaries, and interpretations are proprietary content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fentropy Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, missed compliance deadlines, or service interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
